Free Online Mat Pilates Class!

Whether you're a total beginner or a pilates veteran, join me at 7:15pm this Monday for a 45 minute TLZ Mat Pilates Class (and maybe a cheeky lil girly chat once were done)

*  Mat preferred but not required 
*  Wrist weights (or a tin of beans) optional
*  Bring water (hydrating queens of course)
